Need help for free game!

I've already posted a thread saying I'm looking for artists here

But, I need more help.
Currently need:
Artists(BG or Sprite)
Composer(or anyone willing to hunt down free to use music)
Programmer(mostly just someone I can ask questions about programming)

Also willing to have Writers or Idea Bouncers(NOT NECESSARY)

I don't feel like typing the stories over again so, just go to the link at the top...

Where the Wind Travels
BG: Need things like meadows, ruins, towns, festivals and more.
Sprite: Certain characters will look similar due to family ties
But mostly varying types
Prefer more detail in clothes then characters
Music: I'd like a lot of wind instruments(like a flute)
Note: Draws ever so slight Celtic influences

Don't Follow the Heard!:
BG: This will be in a school setting but, slightly futuristic
Sprite: Brightly colored cow people
Music: Willing to take suggestions(for now...)

Any and all other help will be appreciated!
Also tell me what you think of the story and character ideas!
