Hello, everyone!

I'm Broodelin, and I'm a fairly new Ren'Py coder who's looking to gain experience in the language and rules by working with other new visual novel creators.

Why new visual novel creators? Well, I think that there's a lot to be said about what I can learn from others who are also just starting out and a lot that I can do to help/teach them too!

That's why I'm offering my services to any new creator with a concept or story already in place for a small to medium sized visual novel.

If you're interested, I have a build of my current project, The Death of Mrs. Macey, available for download in the last post of this topic. While I'm not a graphics oriented person or a genius writer, I can do a good deal of basic things in Ren'Py that can built together to make a great game!

Also, I can provide anyone interested with sections of my code so they can see what exactly it is I can do.

This is a great idea! Beginners helping beginners is a great way to learn, indeed! I'm currently working on a concept of my own, and although it's not quite fully planned out yet and I have more coding to learn, I would really appreciate your help! ^_^

As a fellow newbie (While not intending to get in the way of projects you have already accepted) I have some stuff I could use help coding (and probably writing. But, you offered coding...)

Perhaps we should make a club and get jackets and meet at the rec center...

All joking aside, I'd love to have you as part of our fledgling group. Together, we can all pool our strengths and make something great!

Maybe we should start a Facebook or Skype group?
I personally find it easier to talk to people over a chat rather than a forum.
Plus, Skype has video so you can watch what happens. O3O
