Oh! sorry, my PMs sometimes stay in the outbox for some time, instead of the "sent" folder, so I'm not sure when people get them.

You can see when someone has read your PMs by the fact that they move from your outbox to the "sent" folder. Everything inside your "sent" folder has been seen by someone (or at least, clicked upon).

Oh, so thats why. I thought it "waited" to send them, for some reason.
