"co-coder" needed

i am making my first game on a renpy engine, i thought itd be simple, kind of, and some things confuse me
i can draw and write, but some of the more complex coding (complex for me, at least) has me a bit confused

my game is labeled as "cafe" or "creme cafe" but i may change it in the future

if you arent sure about my drawing or writing skills, im happy to provide a portfolio

im looking for someone to help me code or help teach me, ive spent days reading tutorial after tutorial, and im not really understanding things such as "customising the textbox" or "customising main and game menu"

the plot of my game is basically:
you are either a female or male player. one day you notice a strange little cafe on your way home from school.
you step in to take a peak when suddenly a girl in cat-maid cosplay tackles you, addressing you as "master". you are passive aggressively obliged to order from her. when she leaves to get your order, you notice a bunny-maid in the corner. when you go up to her, something unexpected happens. how on earth do you go back to the cafe after that?

these are not part of my game, they are just drawings (actually, theyre character bios from my manga and random sketches ive done) thatll work as a makeshift portfolio, i suppose:

most of those are scans or arent coloured yet or arent finished being coloured

We could send files back and forth on Skype or through PMs, you could also send me bits that you don't understand through PMs.
90% of what I'm here for is to teach you what I can and code for you what I can't teach you.
the remaining 10% is just because I'm bored and would like to practice coding while I wait to learn how to finish my game interface. XD
