Artists call - Character, BG, and Pixel

The Bliss Stage demo is otherwise complete but it needs art badly, so I'm making an open artists call.

I need three artists for it: A character artist, a background artist, and a pixel artist.

I need a Character Artist to design the characters and make .PNG images of them to use as sprites. I'd vastly prefer a more realistic, less 'cute' style: I'd prefer that the character art looks like something from Code Geass, or Death Note, or Bleach.

The Background Artist would make images for the backgrounds, and work with the character artist to make unlockable gallery images.

The Pixel Artist would make Japanese RPG-style combat sprites of characters, monsters, and giant robots, and animations of monster and robot attacks.

The demo is free, and I can't pay, but I will credit you and recommend you.

If the demo attracts enough positive buzz, I will hire the artists involved for the full game, paying them up-front and with shares of the quarterly profit of the full game, but that's a big 'if.'

I think it was you who said they have designs for characters but need finished art.
Or something to that degree. I'm a character artist. I'd like to see what you have and I'm
willing to put it the time, money and effort needed to make a decent result. I was also
looking for something like this because it seems you have things closer to completion than some but tell me if I'm wrong.

I can also help you out with background concepts until you find a full artist or I have my skills at the right levels. You'll need to find someone else for your pixel artist role though.

This game is a VN/RPG hybrid, and a wartime drama and romance story.

Do note that it's about teenage soldiers, and teenage relationships, and that the characters do talk about romantic and sexual relationships; that being said, this is the equivalent of R-rated. Think Juno, Blankets, Ori-Ochi-Onoe, and the like.
