My magical girl one has an evil organization that screws the rules because they have money... but my game seriously not close to being done so I doubt we could use them.

And I don't even have an evil name for my evil organization the Screws the rules.

Also, I would love to throw Keiko in as a boss for you to fight only to have Her/him join and lampshade the Lyrical Nanoha like events.

Evelyn usually is a happy-go-lucky girl. She's sure of the path she goes for. While everyone tends to think that she is selfish or stubborn, she actually cares for others like an older sister.

She relies on both her front hairs when she was lost at times. They act as divining rods of sort, perhaps...

What really boils down on her characteristics is her affiliation to eggs, though she cannot be convinced to try mushrooms.

How about Winter Shard's Frederone? (And F.I.A already posted on this topic, so I have the feeling that he wouldn't object too strongly about his character being used XDD)
Or Fantasia's Oswald?

Another group of character that would be cool to include would be the Re:Alistair gang. They've got their battle sprites ready! Think about it. :D

You know how in every single goddamn SRW game, it was secretly aliens / the Principality of Zeon / Mecha Space Cthulhu / whatever pulling the strings all along?

It was Angra Manyu in Battle Moon Wars, even.
Just normal villans to be mooks and midbosses are welcome too.

And now for something COMPLETELY different: an example character template. All stats are before upgrading.

Josh Preston || Gawain Mk IV
HP: 3500

Attack: High
Hit: Mid-High
Defense: Low
Evade: V. High

Fighting Spirit Abilities:
Alert (10) - You automatically evade the next attack or counter-attack.
Focus (30) - Your Hit and Evade go up by 30% until the beginning of your next turn.
Guts (30) - Regain up to 1000 HP.
Trust (30) - Gained at level 10. Target ally regains up to 2000 HP.
Invincible (20) - Only gained on Gabriel or Meredith paths. You take a maximum of 10 damage from each attack until the beginning of your next turn.
Valor (20) - Only gained on Gabriel or Sara paths. You deal double damage on your next attack.
Scan - (1) Only gained on Anna and Meredith paths. You may examine the stats of one enemy.
Fast Learner - (10) Only gained on Anna and Sara paths. You gain double experience until the beginning of your next turn.
Basic Attacks:

One-Two Sting - 1 range Melee, 1800 ATK, +20% Hit. A punch-dagger pops out of the Gawain's wrists and Joshua gives his target the old one-two.

Pulse Burst - 1-4 range, Energy, 2000 ATK, +10% to Hit, 5 Energy. Josh blasts an enemy with a series of burst-fire ion-plasma bolts from your assault rifle.

Subspace Māquahuitl - 1-2 range Melee, 2800/2400 ATK, +5/+15% to Hit, 10 Energy. Josh slashes an enemy with a gravity blade. It is less accurate and powerful when used at range.

Mambo Venom Missile - 2-6 range, 3000 ATK, 25 Ammo, -10 to Hit. Josh fires a homing missile that submunitions into acid bomblets.

Advanced Attacks:
Mambo # 5 - 2-6 range, 4000 ATK, 1 Ammo for each 5 Mambo Venom Missile ammo, +5 to Hit, MAP attack with 3x3 tile AoE, 3+ Intimacy with Keenan and Anna required, +20 Morale required. Josh fires a salvo of Mambo Missiles, which create a torrential downpour of acid over the AoE.

Celestial Thunder Hammer - 1-3 range Melee, 4250 ATK, +25/+0% to Hit, 30 energy, +10 Morale required, 4 Intimacy with Anna required. Josh strikes his opponent with a spiked ball on a chain, which uses a gravity distortion field to deal additional damage. It is extremely accurate at melee range.

Hugin's Talons - 2-7 range, 2500+current Morale ATK, +10 to Hit, 25 Energy, +15 morale required, 4 Intimacy with Sara required. Josh flies into the sky on an angel-wing looking jetpack, divebombs while unloading his Pulse Rifle, then literally flying-kicks his opponent.

Dimensional Edge - 1 range Melee, 4200+current Morale ATK, +10 to Hit, 40 Energy, MAP attack affecting all targets adjecent to Josh in a continuous 5-tile line, +20 Morale required, Intimacy 5 with Gabriel required. Josh slashes in a wide arc with the Subspace Maquihuitl, causing a planar rift in reality to blow some shiznit up.

Butterfly and Bee - 1-3 range Melee, 3600+current Morale ATK, +25 to Hit, 30 Energy, +15 Morale required, Intimacy 5 with Meredith required. Josh unleashes a brutal boxing combo on his opponent, ending in, for all intents and purposes, a shoryuu-reppa. Until the beginning of his next turn, Josh gains +30% Evade.

Please do, but wait on posting it. I'll set up a PBworks wiki for this later today, which would be the place to post them afterwards. I should stop gumming up the boards with that, and you shouldn't start.

That being said... just realized something interesting. I don't know how supported this was in SRW, but a lot of Joshyboi's advanced attacks require "4+ Intimacy With Hotness." That would be a lot of work to implement... and not worth it, unless it was a mechanic we reused.

Given that the cast list is ren'ai centric, I think it would be a good idea to have the 'protagonist' characters of a VN get different special attacks/additional Fighting Spirit powers according to which "path" they take, while the "love interests" get an additional personal attack, or a team attack, or both for your being on their path.

Just using Katawa Shoujo for an example, Hisao would get (using out of my ass examples) to be the bone of his sword on Rin path (no, the OTHER Rin! TEZUKA, not TOHSAKA!), a Getter-3 style team attack with Shizune and Misha on Shizune path, and so on.

So, do the teammates help you in the attack, like (in my case) Azami using Bara to beat the heck out of the enemy in front of her?
