Recruiting artist and composer - will pay

I've been an avid fan of VN for some time now, and have only recently discovered this community powered by the powerfull Ren'Py.

I've started a visual novel this year for a project in university and I want it to go commercial, because I feel it has the potential to do well.

I am searching for:
-Character artist. What I expect: anime style, I will want an artist who is able to draw and colour it, provide a different palette of emotions and expressions for the character. I'll provide the sketches and what I want from the character, altough the artist can use his creative expression for any tweaks that he fills more suited.
-Background artist. I've seen a lot of games here on this site with great backgrounds, I expect something similar.
-Composer.
-Proof reader. I'm not a native english speaker, so I'm bound to have many mistakes along my lines and lines of text(and believe me I have a lot of text).

I'll ask you to send me a email(ingenious.novel@gmail.com) with a showcase of your material(you can watermark it if you want) and if I like it I will send you a sketch of a char I'll want recreated and I'll give you some time to do it(I'm very flexible, you can take your time, but don't want it to drag for over a month for example), and see if you can deliver what I idealize(again you can watermark it).

Payment: I will pay for the final art/music beeing provided and values must be discussed. Bear in mind that I'm not part of a professional studio(well for now at least, who knows one day:P) and that values have to be realistic.
If you want to contribute without any kind of remuneration and want to help the game launch even better, since this is the first project and no revenue has been made so far. I want this to be the starting point of a VN studio and make this be as real as it can get, every person who enters a board I hope they will enjoy it and help build something special here. I'm not going to go and build more on this "utopic" subject for now, since I'm short in time today.

I will give more details on the game(hopefully today, altough I might not be able to do so today). I can show some of the game I already have. It is a supernatural/horror/suspense VN.

The game is directed towards a 18+ audience although there is no eroge in the game(well there are some nudity scenes but scarce).
If you adhere to this project, don't think that I only want a "dark" themed artist. In fact, I want plain anime style, and I have a couple of more "light" themed ideas for VNs that I would like to implement in a near future.


Please give all the feedback you want, I'm glad to have found such a great community in wich I find people with the same goal as mine.

my, your very ambitious. this is good.

unfortunately, you're missing some info in your post. firstly, how long a game are you envisioning? or if possible, about how many characters and background would you be requesting?

There's also of course the obvious need for some idea of what your story will be like but you've addressed that. Still, you said that you just want plain anime style. Do you mean generic, or simply that you don't care what type of anime style it is, as long as it's anime style?

Along the same lines, do you know what kind of backgrounds you want for the game? For example, do you want hand drawn backgrounds? Filtered photos? etc.

I'll say this: reading what you've put so far makes me think that you're trying for something similar to 07th expansion's work.
