Searching for BG artist and help for program

I like to make VN for fun, and coz' I like it

Well I've found someone who make the sprite, and I already make the story (almost finished)
now we need a BG artist, and maybe someone who can do programming (because I'm new at that),also main menu design etc.
I'll use ren'py to make it, and if someone could help me with that ren'py codes I'll be grateful...
can't pay you though.. this will be a free published game

Well the story need BG like mechanical, chemistry thing, like cable etc. but not really complicated.
maybe more like robot thing, or technology thing (so hard to describe it with writing)

The story genre is mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, horror(?)

The story already finished but I haven't type it yet and I'm afraid if it's too long
Actually I can do the basic code in ren'py, but for the complicated one it's a bit difficult..

Well thanks then! I think I need as many help as possible, well coz' I'm still practicing and my grammar isn't very good either

Maybe in progress the story will change itself a bit though
