Recruiting an Artist for a VN (The First International)

#1 Post by ikonocon » Fri Jan 14, 2011 12:28 pm

Hello,

I am a writer who is looking for an artist, and a programmer- or a combination of the two. I can be the programmer if need be- though I am only an amateur at novelty and ren'py.

I would like to create a kinetic visual novel, based on the novella listed below. However, if you would like for me to write something else- or use another story as the basis of the visual novel, I'd be more than happy too. I understand the time it takes for artwork (sprites, background, etc) to be done, so I'm not expecting gold.

However I do desire an artist who is motivated, and hopefully interested in making this story more "real".

Please read my novella. If you think my proposal is worthy of your skills and your time, please fire off a PM so we can discuss this matter further.

Thank you.

Nice story!
Too bad my drawing is bad, and for the program, I just do basic things on ren'py :3
