Lol, exactly. I'm pretty sure that everyone that can produce good art is currently busy. No doubt these guys will be soon too.kinougames wrote:My group's put an ad out on here. We're currently too busy with our own work and the work we got the last time, but we did

You flatter us! I've looked around the forums and I know that we aren't the only ones offering our service and certainly not the only ones with high quality. Kinougames, I felt do great stuffs as well.Strum wrote:I just went to your website, clicked on gallery, selected the top row of images, taken a look at some of the stuff there, and wow. Did one of your boys seriously drew those? I've seen many people here offering to do artwork for a fee and no-one has come close to what you're offering in terms of quality.
That's some really nice stuff there, I'm sure you'll find some customers soon. If they can afford it that is, quality such as that must also come with a heavy price tag.
Haha. I wouldn't deny the heavy price tag but our service would still be cheaper compared to actual professional groups. Hope to get more emails that might lead to work!

Yes. Once booth registrations are open, we'll probably book a booth.

Let's share some character designs that WaHa had done. May his combination of badass dudes and cute girl soothe everyone and make life a little more bearable.

Don't ask about that extra face at the bottom. Even I got no idea what WaHa was doing when he doodled that.

Dear Andrewsmith082. If you are real, I appreciate your interest in us but we are unable to commit now. At our current status, we are working at full capacity and cannot take in new work at the moment. At the meantime, enjoy some more sketches that our artists have done recently. To check out more of our artworks, you can visit our Facebook page or our official site. Do feel free to drop us an email (komicer[at]collateralds{dot}com) if you are keen on hiring us. We always try to get back to you asap! Plus, our time should be freed up towards next month.

Just out of curiousity is it only character sprites that can be used in a VN that you do or can you also do other art like sprites and tilesets for Rpg maker xp. Just wondering for a future project I want to do after I finish what I am currently working on.

May I know by sprites and tilesets for Rpg maker xp, what are the file formats? We don't have much experience with pixel art but if it is a more straight-forward illustration, we should be able to do it.Mickychi wrote:Just out of curiousity is it only character sprites that can be used in a VN that you do or can you also do other art like sprites and tilesets for Rpg maker xp. Man, your drawing is dangerous. Dangerously cute I mean ^_^ I really like them... I'll be glad on gnaw on one of them.

The file format I think would just be PNG file I think, with all the area that's not meant to show just transparent.komicer wrote:May I know by sprites and tilesets for Rpg maker xp, what are the file formats? this is a picture of a sprite set that comes with rpg maker xp version

This type of thing is what you would have to make for the sprites and below is a picture of two tilesets that comes with rpg maker xp, this is the type of art for the tileset.

All I know is to make the tileset the height can be as long as you want but the length has to be 256 pixles. Also if you were using a grid to aline the tiles one tile would be 32x32 pixles.
Re: Freelance artist group for hire
Gawd your art is adorable, it's so full of life! I wish I was that good hahah... Hope you get lotsa commissions
Re: Freelance artist group for hire
@Mickychi. Sorry but it seems that the sprites you are refering to are pixel art which we got no experience in. While we can give it a shot, do know that we have never done it before!
@Fawn. Thanks! I hope so too.
