Elementals project - needs character artists!

I will be working on a VN pretty soon, and I need some creative help, specifically with art, since I have no drawing skill whatsoever. -.-
If you are interested, you will be working on an adventure-type novel with a school backdrop (like Persona 3, for example). I'm planning on having lots of characters, though. (Not all at once!) Most of them will be around high school age (except for 3+ grown-up characters). I'm also aiming for a 15+ novel, so there's no trouble in *that* aspect. Please send me a PM if interested.

Summary: Seiji Hoshikawa, an ordinary high schooler, finds himself on a quest of individuality and redemption after going through some troubling incidents in life. What he doesn't know is things are about to escalate, going to a level beyond his control.

Character descriptions (spoiler-less):
Seiji Hoshikawa (15/16): The main protagonist. Attends Minami-gaoka High School. The ordinary person, who lives with his aunt Haruka after deciding to leave his house.
Height: Slightly tall
Hair color: Brown
Eye color: Brown
Usually wears a school uniform.

Takashi Hirokaze (15/16): Seiji's next door neighbor, also his classmate. The crazed otaku whose ambition is no other than being the hero.
Height: A bit taller than Seiji
Hair color: Undecided (Gray or orange), messy
Eye color: Blue
Usually wears a school uniform.

Daren Akasaki (12/13): A mysterious middle-schooler who crashes into Seiji's life. Has debatable origins. And there's more than meets the eye to him...
Height: Short. Well he's the youngest character anyway.
Hair color: Black
Eye color: Purple
Can't decide what clothes suit him, though.

Rinna Kamuro (15/16): One of Seiji's classmates. Once a bright and cheerful girl, she's down in the dumps after a certain event in her life. How will she cope with a tragedy unforeseen?
Height: Slightly shorter than Seiji.
Hair color: Undecided (Pink or brown)
Eye color: Pinkish-red
Usually wears a school uniform.

This has been told a lot of times before on previous topics. Why don't you provide a summary/plot of your VN and the character descriptions?
I am no artist, but I've been told about this before when I tried recruiting for one, they say that if you show that there is progress, then you'll probably attract an artist's attention.

I totally agree with SilverxBlue

I think most people would like to see what the plot is before they actually commit. Because artists have preferences on which kinds of project they want to take on, not to mention different styles of art are suited better with different projects.
