[Solved] Found a nice BG image site(JP), license info?

Hi I found this nice Japanese background image site

Since I can't read Japanese, and I can't rely on online translator..
can someone with knowledge tell me the terms of use?

I know you have to credit the person via site name or URL,
also you can make minor changes like resizing... but

not sure about other stuff...
like.. are you supposed to leave a message in the guestbook to get permission or not..

There are some pictures that you can't modify, like the car picture he used.
(for example, at this picture)
you can find his comment at each pictures like "original "not original" and "not for commercial use"

there's no problem in using the "original" and "not original". "not original" means that he made it using some free source (which you don't need to write down the source' name at the credit) and you can use it in commercial work too, though for the "not original" with car picture inside it, you can't use it as a main part of your work.

and don't forget to write down his name in the credit.
about the guestbook, you can tell him but it's up to you.

guttari nyanko is the handle name. and yes, you need to write down that name or give a link to the site at the credit.
i don't know his real name, but he also sells some works in DVD through west site publisher.
I bought 5 of his material DVD and it has better quality than the free ones.
But I still used some of the free materials, since I found some of them suits better for my game.
