Japanese Background Image Sites?

Can anyone tell me these sites? Say like Tasogare Tei and all?
I have all these links in my PC, but I lost them all while getting a new hard drive.

And plus I can't access Tasogare Tei... ^_^'''
It says here 403 Forbidden.
Does it says the same thing on your computer?

I remember some sites, yet I don't have the link... XD

lol, i could have referred you to a good site that is okay to use bgs as long as you credit them.... but hell, its an 18+ site >.< and there are some bgs with *ahem* pics on it..... Dx

Apparently I was also searching for a good site and all those that i've found good are....... 18+ sites Q.Q Why oh why!!?

This is the safest site i found with a good BGs 8D ----wait, not really safe too.... it has some fanservice stuff but nothing with naked girls　or anything going 18+...

About the copyright: As long as not commercial, it is fine to use the BGs. You can use the BGs even without contacting the maker but if you want to, it's okay too... lol....haha..... *runs away*

Be careful with any images you find on the web, even if random people on a forum say you can use them, and sometimes even if the website says you can use them. There's at least one well-known pack of "free background graphics" that makes the rounds every now and then which is nothing but rips from commercial 18+ games, and most definitely NOT free to use.

If you're not sure who created the image and you're not sure that the creator gave permission, you can't assume it's legal.

Google generally does a decent job, but it has flaws. I use an extension in Chrome that allows you to right click an image and search multiple sites. Sometimes I find the image immediately. Sometimes never.

If you cannot find a source (or if it is not in a database of images you can use in CC) it is probably best to not use the image.
