"Movie" VS "Episodes" Your opinion?

I’d prefer a longer game with chapters, but if each of the episodes had some sort of conclusion to them, I’d be okay with that. As long as I’m not left wondering, “Wait, that’s it?’ if you can’t release the rest of it, I can live with episodes.

Although, if the V/KN is going to be commercial, it changes my whole opinion. I’ve started playing a few commercial games, only to be cut off and have to wait some months for the next episode to be released. When they finally were, they were exactly the same price as the original game, and that kept happening over and over. Sure, I loved the overall stories and wanted to see how they would end, but I just did not want to spend $20 for every episode--- especially if I’d be done with it the same day.
