Do I need to add a license/readme of my own?

#1 Post by Goblin Maiden »

Hi, everyone! I'm wondering if I need to add a license/readme of my own, in addition to the ones already provided by Ren'py. Basically I want to make it clear that the game is not to be sold or redistributed under the guise of having been made by someone else.

I've been digging around, but haven't found any clear answers on whether this is necessary or how I would do this.

Thanks in advance for any help!

It's a good idea. I'd suggest you probably want one of the creative commons licenses. You can pick the right one here:
