My money's on fox as well. I don't think it's a dog, right?
Now I'm waiting for technology to let me pet it through the screen.

Awesome, enta! Though I want it to say "I warned you!" like it does in the original pic.
Also, that's a freaking red panda.

Re: Getting sick of Japanese names
It may be out of my place to say this, but...
Half the people that replied to this thread were either posting off-topic comments, twisting each other's words, behaving in a hostile manner, fooling around and didn't bother to try to understand what the other person was trying to say. This obviously led to the discussion being like this.
The sad thing is that this isn't a topic that can only create arguments and not produce anything useful.
There were some interesting points here.
It'd be nice if we tried to be less sarcastic. Being sarcastic only leads the other person to think that we are aggravating them and not trying to help them improve. That doesn't lead to a fruitful discussion at all.
This doesn't apply just to this conversation. When we give critique to someone, we sometimes fail to do so in a polite manner and only point out the bad sides. The last I remembered, the whole reason behind giving critique was to help someone improve, not to tear the person down. I'm not saying that we should sugar-coat our words and gloss over all their mistakes.
All I'm saying is that a little politeness goes a long way.
(Lovely t-shirt, by the way! )

Hmmm, it's usually too hot to wear black over here. But I like the font on the black shirt.
Actually, with the fox positioned in that way, won't he look like he's poking at our boobs/manboobs?

Re: Getting sick of Japanese names
Well, I guess I do have to apologise for being overly sarcastic. I just found some of the way the viewpoints were brought up extremely rude so I reacted to that. My mistake. Though, admittedly, my first post in this thread was said more out of jest/satire rather than sarcasm.
But this thread was helpful. Since it's been brought up before, it obviously isn't a new issue, and it made me wonder why. I suspect as the market becomes more saturated with VNs from other categories, it won't be brought up as often. Think of it as a growing pain.

Well, for some reason, I enjoy these discussions, but I enjoyed this amazing ending as well (I want that shirt, it's amazing, give me one now please).
I don't know, I guess I just like to hear people's opinions? I hope I didn't insult anyone, because I really just wanted to share my opinions. ^-^

IDEA DUMP!
FOX-RACCOON-BEAR-CHIPMUNK'S ADVENTURE!

"What am I really...?" Fox-raccoon-bear-chipmunk-kun's has asked himself with this unanswered question everyday...
Fox-Raccon-bear-chipmunk-kun then decides to find such an answer to this question; going on an adventure to find his meaning in the world!
