Anime/Manga Characters Free Resources

Hi

I want to know where you guys get you're free resources from?
Do you know like some site where I can get free mug-shots of manga/anime characters to use in a VN (for free) , I'm not picky just anything mainstream manga/anime that does not involve me cutting and cropping stuff to much from some obscure poster art or whatever.

Or alternatively any artists out there that would not mind giving me some free resources:
I need a female teacher preferably with glasses ( or just any preppy girl with glasses )
And an empty classroom background ( could be a photo )

As for free sprites there is this thread in the creative commons of LSF:

These ones aren't overused as Tokudaya's sprites are (though I have to admit that Tokuday's sprite are awesome >w<). For instance, AzureXTwilight has given quite a lot of sprites!
In fact, you can also just check the creative commons section of LSF, for backgrounds you'll probably find tons of good BGs, but they'll be in different topics so it may take some time, whereas the link Golden.Fleece gave is a really good one since there are all on the same topic (less time-consuming)
Most of the titres of the threads in the CC contrains informations about what they are willingto to give and how (using CC-3.0 attribution). (BTW no need to even look at what I did in the CC, there aren't any glasses-girl)

How have I somehow missed those tokudaya sprites before? Does anyone know what the exact terms of use are? In particular, do they conflict in any way with CC-BY-SA licenses?
