「Sprites」 What would you like to see more of?

#1 Post by Lola » Sat Oct 12, 2013 12:33 pm

I'm currently looking into creating Sprite Packs and selling them at a reasonable price. The pack would include three sprites with expressions, backgrounds, and CG's. My question for you is: What kind of sprites would you like to see more of? Do you have a certain theme you would want? Ex. School girls, children, elderly, people of color etc... I'm open to all suggestions~! ^.^

As there are many artists who offer beautiful character art relatively cheap, I'd personally prefer elven/fantasy indoors backgrounds set.
But looking at the projects here probably school boys and middle-aged people for parents and teachers can be good.

College students.

Groups including black and Latino characters as well as Asian and white ones.

Wildly divergent body types.
She's sun and rain: She's fire and ice. A little crazy, but it's nice.
Bliss Stage: Love is your weapon! A sci-fi visual novel about child soldiers coming of age. Kickstarter prerelease here. WIP thread here. Original tabletop game by Ben Lehman here. Tumblr here.

Non-anime people.
People of different races, ages, and body types.
People of different gender presentations--masculine, andro, feminine.
A Close Shave:
*Last Thing Done (Aug 17): Finished coding emotions and camera for 4/10 main labels.
*Currently Doing: Coding of emotions and camera for the labels--On 5/10
*First Next thing to do: Code in all CG and special animation stuff
*Next Next thing to do: Set up film animation
*Other Thing to Do: Do SFX and Score (maybe think about eye blinks?)
