IIRC, a build of "The Question" weighs in at 2.7 megs compressed, so it's at least theoretically possible.

As I recall, some visual novels, especially eroge, have bloatware or junk files or whatever the proper term is, to specifically increase the file size to discourage file-sharing.

Or they are called "omake" ;)
That would include fan disk, specials soundtracks with interviews and/or songs by the VAs, wallpapers, demo movies of available titles by the same company...all in uncompressed format of course XD
