Dino Briefcase Fiasco - Aka "Something my sister made in a couple hours to show that dino's are cool and prove to her older sister that's it's actually really easy to complete a game!"

Is this game a masterpiece? Well, no. But it's amusing, that's for sure. Especially if you like dinosaurs and briefcases.

Consider this an experiment in Visual Novel making. Play it if you're really bored.

And no, my sister was not drunk/high/mentally unstable while making this. Believe it or not, this is her idea of a good comedy.

Oh, and if you're wondering why this is not in the completed games section, that would mean I was assuming that this was a "game". I mean, really, the amount of game play is about 5 minutes, to get BOTH endings.

And just a little suggestion, play this with your speakers off. I cannot vouch for her taste in music.

That was certainly.... hmm... something.... Honestly though, I kinda sorta wish I could make a game like this... (though if I attempted such a thing, it'd just come off like I was trying too hard...)

After a week of absence due to a ravaging flu(no really, I still feel like I'll puke any moment) and PC problems(my video card exploded, ladidaaa!^D^) I come back to the forums and what do I find???

Please tell your sister she's a genius, just that.

O.o;;

I prefer to remain anonymous for this one.

That sure was... unique. The first thing I thought when I started the "game" was "does she have the right to use that music?"

I don't think any soul on this Earth has the right to use that music.

I don't understand, but I am reluctantly forced to approve.

No, she doesn't have the rights to use the music. I'm pretty sure she just googled "Dino mp3" and used whatever popped up first. I doubt she even listened to it until she played through the first time. :mrgreen:

In terms of gameplay, the big weakness of branching visual novels is that you can reach the good ending without really thinking, just by exhaustively trying all possible choices. This game does not have this weakness. If you exhaustively try all possible choices, you are locked in a infinite loop. If you avoid the loop, you can't get the good ending. To get the good ending, you need to actually think (or cheat). An elegant solution to a timeless problem.

Bite his ass!

I've informed my sister about all of your guy's comments. To be honest, I think she's just surprised that anyone played her game at all :mrgreen:
