i say Qpython3 because of this reason:

* Support FTP server, which can let you transfer the Python3 project from your PC to mobile easily

Managing a project is entirely possible from a phone or tablet (depending on the device, of course).
A lot of free project management tools have mobile apps of their web version.

Trello for example

Programming... I really don't recommend submitting code without testing it in the engine/tool first!

Get that laptop repaired or find a space with public computers (if those still even exist... libraries?)

The Qpython one is abit difficult to use..but i have found a program that formats well and works with python
and worry not, i have memorizied every indent/block there is... but it seems the programming will be abit simple
so after i download that trello thingy majigg i can get started..

"i have memorizied every indent/block there is..." not sure how this is supposed to help? even with python. Syntax is hardly ever the problem, its more a problem of it is easy to make a typo or silly mistake like variable++ instead of ++variable, even such a tiny difference can make a HUGE difference in coding.

Also which samsung notebook, there are kind of a few lol.

Also trello is a great tool for project management, just make sure then you update it constatly. Keeps things running smoother.

also you should run Qpython3 as it has support for python 3.x, you will probably want to avoid the C/C++ application unless you know how to handle memory, in which case it can give you a lot better performance but you will have to ditch Ren'Py

Eh ...? I don't really know what model.
And when it comes to scripting theres the start label and just ...regular scripting? I'm not sure how I could really go wrong if I stick with sayer m and what they're saying in a ""
But since there will likely be afew unseen errors, i will need an editor to assist. And programming will be simple (I could do it myself)

since all i have with me rn is my phone and tablet it basically means I can't program (duh) and i probably cant make a proper looking GUI either ..
but i really want to make my own project, i have some nice ideas and ill be willing to provide the art and recruit a team for the rest (like, people who dont have ripped off laptop chargers x_x)

So do you think it'll be possible to manage a project from my phone? Conisdering the project won't be commercial ofcourse
Updating my post, just saw that I posted repetitive information.

If you want a new laptop, you should look into some of the new Windows 8.1 2-in-1 devices. They can get pretty cheap, and in tablet mode they're PERFECT for playing visual novels.

I'm buying this as soon as I get the spare money for it, hopefully the sale won't disappear by then:
