does anyone know where to find..

I'm having the hardest time finding certain (anime themed) backgrounds, especially like a convenient store or market type of background. I found an Okay one. But I can't find a license on it or anything so I guess I can't use it.

like i said from another post, when people take peoples of the gas station the company's logos will always show up. its better to just have a artist draw a new background than rely on real pictures.

I just mean is there any creative commons pictures of stores or markets that i'm missing ?

Basically, from what I can understand, it says that you can edit the BG based on your game, add characters in the BG, but BG 18 is prohibited from using in doujin games. However, can't direct link to BG, claim BG as yours and use it in adult or religion based game. You don't have to contat the owner if you want to use the BG, just make sure to credit her work.

from what limited Japanese i know (and perapera)
rules are:
allowed:
- not a rated +18 , doujin group game
- editing of the background
- putting your character on the background

not allowed:
- putting the backgrounds on religion or adult sites
- direct link to the image
- claiming you made them
- distribution of the images themselves without edits, or as part of a package
