RAA @ 100!

#1 Post by PyTom » Wed Mar 12, 2008 2:45 am

I just noticed that the 100th game has been added to the Ren'Ai Archive. So congratulations to the community on that. Here's to a hundred more.

Here here! Congratulations to the community for making it to the first mile stone, a hundred games of all styles and content. The more there are, the wider the community gets in terms of choices. Hm, let's see..."Be my master?" was the 100th eh? How wonderful, now to shoot for 500  everyone get to work...just kidding ^_^.

By the way while the topic is RAA, did it ever manage to find a new editor? From what I've seen in threads it looked like the position was being difficult to be filled. I had thought about volunteering myself, but I'd have no idea what I was doing and...my organizational skills are sub-par...and it seems it's a very organization needed job.

I think we owe about half of the games to mikey

That would be a dull RAA, were that true ^_^.
I've already said all my arguments and be-the-editor motivational speeches about its significance, so I feel like there is nothing more to say from my side - that's why I now simply wish the RAA the best of luck for the future.

Aww but the RAA just isn't the RAA without you, no reason to just sit back and let things be. Make a speech here or there, just for fun ^_^

I'll formally volunteer to help out as an editor if someone feels like walking me through it for awhile...I don't really know what I'd have to do, or how to do it right now but one thing I do have is time. Time to learn, time to work at it, or whatever. I really find both the RAA and this community to be a place full of talent and carry's a great significance to a small but growing fan base. So if there's anyway I can help I'd like to...

You should probably PM Pytom for this :3He explained to me how to add a game and what not in a very easy to understand way.

Wow congrats :D 100 is a nice number....

This reminds me - I think that a long time ago, I read something here about a cd being made with a few games on it. How did that go? It was made for a con, right?

It was for llamacon, years ago. Frankly, it didn't go that well... IIRC, I sold < 10 of them.

That's not so bad. Llamacon is a small con, right? And ren'ai games is pretty niche as it is.

So, who made the 100th game? :3
