Soo...I'm curently doing a visual novel but one thing I couldn't decide:
A visual novel should be from a boy perspective or a girl's? I just couldn't decide from what perspective to be that's why I want some help with this

Answer A: Do both.
Answer B: Do the one you are most passionate about.
A Close Shave:
*Last Thing Done (Aug 17): Finished coding emotions and camera for 4/10 main labels.
*Currently Doing: Coding of emotions and camera for the labels--On 5/10
*First Next thing to do: Code in all CG and special animation stuff
*Next Next thing to do: Set up film animation
*Other Thing to Do: Do SFX and Score (maybe think about eye blinks?)

I'll come stick my nose in here for a moment and say that the choice is ultimately shaped by what you want to write.

There are some times where gender tropes or stereotypes can lend to writing. For instance, psychologically speaking- people will often assume things/people are male, and will look deeper into the 'meaning' behind a character if they are female. (Some Disney animators I know have had problems with skits- for some reason people believe male is default, and being female adds another layer.)

Sometimes, if you'd like to make a statement against gender tropes- what you want to say can also shape your choices.
Also- you should take into consideration what you have experienced writing. Even if you haven't got a lot of experience writing as a male/female, there are plenty of people willing to give you feedback- but you should consider what you are comfortable with.

As trooper6 said, you could also write as both- even if just to see how things shape up and choose between those.

There's no rules about writing from female POV or male POV. As with writing a book and telling a story, write what you want.

Heck, you can also write from nonbinary(agender, genderfluid, polygender, etc.) characters' POV!

Also, you could switch perspectives if that interests you in the visual novel. It works with some genres and plots.
