I used the typical terms used for VNs when I translated this. As a warning thouhg, I'm not a native speaker, so maybe having someone else check it out would be a good idea.
Here are the japanese words, translated in the same order you said, followed the romaji, which is written the same way someone would type the words in a computer. Any further questions, just PM me.
( I have some time free right now. Yay for winter holidays )
初めから -> hajime kara
続きから -> tsuzuki kara
環境設定 -> kankyousettei
おまけ -> omake
CGギャラリー -> CG gyarari-

他の物語 -> hoka no monogatari
キャラクター鑑賞 -> kyarakuta- kanshou

その他 -> sonohoka
ゲーム終了 -> ge-mu shuuryou

BTW, it's probably best to post things like this in a new thread. I was trying to find this upon writing the music room code, and had trouble.
Anyway:

Music room?
音楽鑑賞 - ongaku kanshou
Kanshou literally means "apreciation" but it's the typical term used in Japanese VNs to mark galleries, or just places where you can enjoy the images, scenes, music, etc.
If you want a literal translation, music room is 音楽室 - ongakushitsu

Well, since you asked so nicely... ( Seriously now, I didn't notice your post until just now. Apologies. )
フィクションより可愛い - fikushon yori kawaii
髪型設定 (美容院設定) - kamigata settei (biyouin settei)
髪型設定 means "hairstyle options" but I prefer it because 美容院設定 gives the impression, in japanese, that the options change the settings of a beauty saloon, not specifically the hair. I'm not sure though, and the game is yours, so... Choose whatever you prefer.
髪型設定(美容院設定)が開かれました - kamigata settei(biyouin settei) ga hirakaremashita ( not sure about this one, actually, but it's the best I could find )
今後好きな髪形が選ばれます - kongo sukina kamigata ga erabaremasu
性別変更モード - seibetsu henkou mo-do
性別変更モードが開かれました - seibetsu henkou mo-do ga hirakaremashita
このモードで全部のキャラクターの性別が変更されています。物語は少し変化します。それでよろしいですか? - kono mo-do de zenbu no kyarakuta- no seibetsu ga henkou sareteimasu . monogatari ha sukoshi henka shimasu. sorede yoroshiidesuka ?
( literally: "In this mode all characters' gender will be changed. The story will change a little. Is that ok?" )
I hope this helps.

Of what you have written there, the bit that's kawaii is '可愛い'.
