Apologies if this is the incorrect place for this question! But I'm interested in knowing how people who reward their games on crowdfunding sites send them off?
I think some people use steam keys, but what do you do when steam isn't an option? Dropbox?
Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day!

Humble widgets:
https://www.humblebundle.com/developer/widget
Even if you don't plan to sell your game via the widget, you can create it as a product on the widget and upload a list of email addresses who will receive the game. What is delivered can be any combination of Steam key(s) and DRM-free downloads.

itch.io also allows you to distribute Kickstarter digital rewards.
I'm using itch.io to showcase some of my games, and I highly recommend itch.io, but I've never used it for distributing crowdfunding rewards (so I don't have any experience on that), but the article I've linked above has step-by-step instructions on how to do it.

I sent my Kickstarter backers to bmtmicro.com for a commercial game, which I also sold afterwards through their site (being that they allowed NSFW content.) Backers were given a discount code that allowed them to redeem the game for free.
