Good luck, everyone!

There's no requirement to actually announce that I'm working on a nanoreno, is there? I just post the completed game at the end, saying it was made for the nanoreno?

This can be done, I even think there was a name for that, SWAN... silent workers' association of nanoreno. :D

Well it is midnight now so NaNoRenO has officially started here at Studio MAB.

MAB A-team is working on MorningStar Zwei, a sequel to the 2007 Smash-Hit NaNo entry, MorningStar. Set 80 years after the events of MorningStar this is a story of bloody revenge, one girl's quest to bring down the tyrannical reign of the government's Section 22, AKA the Venus Academy.

Art: Jake, Ficedula
Programming: Ficedula
Dialogue: Ficedula

Must we announce ourselves (and the project title) if we want to join NaNoRenO? And may I start on March 1st in my timezone (since now, here, it's already March 1st but still not in some areas).

I don't think the rules are very strict. We started on Match the 1st in our timezone (but we ive in GMT so maybe that doesn't matter).

It is not uncommon to not have a project name until you finish the project so I don't see how "announcing" the name could be a requirement. It just so happened that we are pretty damn sure that our project will be called MorningStar Zwei and we already fleshed out some of the plot.

Just wanted to add that Tall Tales Productions is also working again - this time with DaFool on the team! And, as always when we get to work, expect the unexpected...

An epic story of a man...
"Is a one-night-stand too much to ask for?"
A woman...
"Men just don't like me."
And their peculiar relationship:
"If you are what you say, aren't you supposed to be... like, sexy?"
"If you are a summoner, aren't you supposed to be, like, intelligent?"

March 31st.
You have been warned.

I've decided to join, too. Instead of teaming up with others, though, I've decided to do it solo. I wouldn't want other people to be dragging me down :D .

After some miserable failures on previous NaNoRenOs and IntRenAiMos, trecevidas and me are still too masochist, so we're up for the challenge again. Hoping to not repeat the previous failures, we're setting the Fall of Jayshn project aside, and starting something much smaller from scratch... so from scratch that I don't have any idea yet of what will it be about.
All I can say is that we're starting as small as possible, and will try to keep small, so chances to finish whatever we do get bigger. We're planning to have 2 BxG + 2 GxB + 1 BxB + 1 GxG endings (although branching won't stray too much from a "trunk" storyline, for sanity and deadline reasons), plus any bad endings we can come up with; and we have decided to set the story within a shattered gothic fantasy world (the game isn't going to be H).

If we get this done on time, I hope the success will help pushing the FoJ project forward.

That's all for now; and probably until the end of month, since I should rather be working on the project itself rather than speaking about it here :P

Greetings, and good luck to all other participants.

Kuroi Games is very happy to be taking part in our very first NaNoRenO! Risky Trip has a story that's a little on the sad side so to cheer ourselves up, We're gonna do something COMPLETELY different. We began developement today on a sci-fi comedy love story, which is currently code named: Project NaNoPanic ( cuz we haven't decided on a real title and I love code names. (-^.^-) )

When we have a little more info for you guys, we'll post a thread in the Game-Makers' Corner.

Good luck to everyone this year~

On another note, the deadline is the last second of the last day of march, or something? And what time in what timezone.
