It looks like it is a japanese program for mixing and matching assets. Maybe the name is getting lost in translation. I have no idea what this is or where to find it. Does anyone know what this software is and where I can find the creators website?

Its not software its 3d assets that are created for those characters.

They do not seem to sell the models, perhaps they are only on JP DLsite?
