I've been learning to use Ren'py through a series of weird sorta joke ""Pokemon fan games"". I'm currently working on the last one which will wrap up the series plot arc so I can move on to something more original. (art, music, etc) The reason I did this first is I wanted to have something to prove that I can actually use Ren'py before trying to search for team members. Anyway, I've been working on a battle system for the game, of which a modified version will appear in the non-fangame concept I have. I'd love some feedback of what is done so far.

Features (some not shown in the video):
-Attacking
-Actions
-Sparing
-Multiple party members with different abilities
-Defending
-Item use (just healing at the moment)
-Talking in between turns/status messages
-Reactions to what you do in battle by other characters
-Up to 5 opponents
Issues I plan on addressing:
-The attack animation is too big
-Spelling errors
-The enemies currently don't return attacks properly
and for anyone wondering the music is battle greenhorne from miitopia
