Find & Replace {t}{/t} (RegEx) Question [SOLVED]

Update:

After taking a looong break from this, ha haha.
I decided to take another look & this is how it should look.

Find:
jm "\{mt\}(.*?)\{\/mt\}"

Replace:
jm "{ft}$1{/mt}"

Yes this is an old post now, but I said that if I found a solution, I would post it.
