With renai.us and games.renpy.org nearly done, I thought I'd create a new support thread. This is where people can get help with the site.

That's not the question he's asking at all.

There is an "add screenshot" button above the game entry. Use that.

Can I provide ztats on Ren'py games ? please.....

(For sure, it's possible to generate data of content size of games (du -s */game  ;) and also by Ren'py version (I guess we need a script whose read the content of script_version.rpy and tally these)

Another question, what role has the "unapproved" list, and what means "unapproved" ?

Best regards from Italy,
Dott. Piergiorgio.

Unapproved means that someone has submitted content (a game, an updated file, a screenshot, etc.) but an admin hasn't had the chance to look it over and approve it yet. It's just so that people don't submit incorrect files, NSWF screencaps, etc. I check the unapproved list several times a day, so if you've got something on it, it should be approved within 24 hours.

I'm having trouble uploading new game files. Screencaps are no problem, but when I try to upload a new file, I get a blank screen.

Edit: This only happens for games that don't already have files. If a game has files, I can upload more. If the game is file-less, I only get the blank page.

The problem was twofold:

- You're only able to upload files to renaius games. (Since that's all we host.) You'll need to flag a game renaius before you can upload to it.
- The error wasn't being handled correctly.

I've fixed both, I think.

Who do I need to contact to get Dreams of the Skies moved into the proper section? I'm pretty sure I didn't write yaoi, no matter how bad the art was...

I just noticed The Stolen Diamond Ring got labeled "ages 13+", which isn't the case. Could one of the editors please change it to all ages?

There is no way to appropriately list a game that addresses violence, but doesn't contain sexual themes...

I had to post my game as suited for all ages - even though it addresses violence... because had i chosen any rating other than "all ages" the form immediately assumes it contains sexual content (which it doesn't at all).
