Erm, I'm currently working on the sprites for my game and I'm really needing some reference of ancient egyptian or arabic clothing. I've already searched the depths of google but still none. so this is my last hope...
Any links or even just tips is very appreciated. Thank you. d(_ _)b *bows*

What style are you looking for? Male, female, both?

Here's a site that has some helpful links.

How ancient is ancient though? Like what time period are we looking at?

Perhaps this link helps a little bit. (I havn't browsed the reference section, there could be more information)
http://library.thinkquest.org/04oct/003 ... thing.html
and what also came to mind was "Asterix and Cleopatra"
as far as I can remember the clothes looked pretty egypian, whereas I am not sure if they are historical correct.
else I can only recommend a search for historical websites and/or egyptian wall paintings.
I hope that helps a little bit with your research.

@prettysammy
actually, since its a fictional place... doesn't really matter how "ancient" it is.
@delta ion

eeii, if i'm not late, how bout this?

And, if its fictional, what kind of attire do you prefer for them? Since egyptian and arabic attires are in a complete opposite line. Egyptian has more thing on the gold or so.. usually men were half naked. While as to Arabic, either men or women were like always drifting in cold(i mean fully dressed)
Hope it helped. ^^
