With the sad lack of response to your thread it looks like your only other option is to make your cook character yourself. :\

If you're asking for an artist to draw for you, perhaps most of them are busy. Or you could search this sites (especially in art dump thread) for someone who could draw and PM them.
If you're only asking for a reference, you could try google/yahoo image.
