I think including a Ren'Py version is a good idea.
Perhaps the tutorials from renaigames could also be a good idea to include?

I say include Ren'Py- but explicitly show the version number, date of release, and maybe even include a "Check For Newer Versions" hyper link that links to the Ren'Py web page. If you let them know that the program is constantly being upgraded, I'm sure that they'll have enough motivation to check things out.
Perhaps you could even dedicate a whole secion talking about creating your own games. If you do so, I say you should stress the value of becoming part of this community. I think someone working on a game is a lot more likely to finish if they are part of this community. It really provides a lot of support and motivation.
I think you should put ALICE on there too. There's a good likelihood that the CD will fall into the hands of several talented artists.
