Ingredient one: Everyone knows I was a fan of Princess Maker from way back. So one day, I got to thinking - "What if, instead of a game about becoming a princess, you started out as one, and the game was about determining your country's future?"
Ingredient two: Like many people in fandom circles, I have watched Puella Magi Madoka Magica this year. Which, of course, means that it is very possible for events in this game to go very, very wrong. For one thing, if you're only a little girl and you're in charge of a country, something bad has already happened. And it can get worse.
You play Princess Elodie, plucked from her boarding school and thrust onto the throne after the death of her mother. You have a year of studying and frantic stat-raising before your official coronation, while attempting to juggle political crises, assassination attempts, occult secrets, and marriage proposals.

Our adorable princess in one of her many outfits (there should be 15 when it's finished). She doesn't always look that sad; game events and player choices affect her emotional state. And her emotional state affects her ability to learn skills. You'll need to manage your emotions in order to maximise skill boost.

The long list of things a queen needs to be trained in.

Weekend activities (important for keeping your spirits up). There are more but some are unlocked through other events.
This is not an otome game - the princess may wind up engaged, as marriages are important in politics, but don't expect romance paths!
