@Cirrocumulus-Cloud, Thank you! I'm glad you like my style~ I've been looking at different cartoon styles a lot recently, I tend to like the way the anatomy and expressions are done a lot. Honestly that is a terrible idea when you are in the middle of a project, but what the hey, I lost the battle to keep my style the same years ago.

@nero279, Awwww ;u; I make a lot of updates cause I use it to self-motivate (and seriously, whatever makes me do stuff) so I don't expect people to comment every single time, but it makes me very happy whenever I do get comments! This part of making the project is a bit lonely so I'm very grateful for whenever people give me the thumbs up XD I'm glad you like the colours! I got bored with brown so I thought doing the different colours would make doing all the sketches a bit more fun~

*slams hands on desk*ALL THE SKETCHES FOR THE VERY LAST BATCH OF CGS IS DONE!

…Okay, sure, I still have to ink and colour the 10 of them, but I’ll take my wins where I can get them.

Well, I’ve gotten 3/10 done now. I ended up taking 2 nights off after work because I was a bit tired. Need to avoid burning out completely since timing is kind of important right now!

@Lesleigh, Thank you! I'm getting there, I'm so getting there, I can feel it!!!

I’m running a little late from where I wanted to be with the CGs, but I should still be able to meet my goal of having them done by the end of the month! I have PAX next weekend so I know I won’t be getting a lot done then :’D

Out of curiosity (referring to your last post there) - do all three panels show as the one CG in the game, or does a single panel appear in the game and you're just painting them up three at a time?

Each panel is a cropped shot of different CGs, so there is more to them then what I am showing :) I've split up the creation process into sketch>ink and colour>background and lighting, and I post when I've done 3-4 to keep myself motivated!

I literally only have 1 more of these suckers to ink and colour before I do the backgrounds and lighting AND I’VE FINISHED ALL THE CGS.

However, I kind of accidentally ran into burn out, which basically means I’m not getting enough sleep and my anxiety/depression decides to go into overdrive…whoops. So I’m going to be taking a couple days off for the PAX weekend since I’m presenting on a panel and I’ll be talking to lots of people and I would like to not be a zombie for that!

This does mean I’m behind schedule by about a week unfortunately, which makes me sad :( I was doing so well keeping on top of things too!

But anyway, I should be able to be triumph around next weekend and I can do my happy I’ve-finished-all-the-CGs dance then. Thank you everyone for your support!

Awww, thank you Mai and Lesleigh!

BCM CG update!

PAX was super amazing, I got to meet so many amazing people and the atmosphere was really exciting and positive. I’m very much looking forward to going again next year. I even presented on a panel about Romance in Games hahahaha

I’m currently 93% done with the CGs, though my misc to-do list seems to just get longer. Still moving forward though and that’s what counts!

I’M DONE I’M ACTUALLY DONE AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

THE BAR IS FINALLY GREEN AFTER ALL THESE YEARS IT’S FINALLY GREEN *starts sobbing loudly*

Phew, okay, well the CGs for BCM are technically all complete, all 55 of them. In reality I still have a couple minor edits to do, but relatively speaking they are tiny things compared to getting all these done.

One step closer to BCM being released, one step closer to me being freeeeee!

We’ll probably be making an announcement on Monday to recruit beta testers, the game is super close to being done!
