I really like the ripped paper idea Aww, was kinda hoping you would do the paper-and-box-checkmark-thing but the circle-when-you-hover-over-a-choice is cool too. Man, I should check this thread more often :p

Oh another note, you might not have to check this thread for awhile. I'm sorry to say, but we are putting this game on hold for a little while. Things are uh....getting REALLY stressful. I'm pretty sure we're going to have to find another artist, and that wont be easy because most artists want to be paid. Anyway that, and personal real life issues, i think it's best if we take a break from this game. Probably until Jan.

I promise however this game WILL be finished. I swear upon it! I will not see this game go to waste! but sometimes, ya just need to step aside and take a break. I hope everyone will keep interest. I'll probably still work on it a little here and there maybe on coding or something..


oh, but i think while were taking a break. so that i wont be getting rusty, and i can still learn. i'll be working on a small project. been wanting to expand on that forgetful kiwi story i did for nanoremo back in april. so i'll probably be working on that just to keep learning and maybe by the time we get back to working on this game, ill have more experience and be able to tackle it better alongside everyone else.

Thanks I'm sure we will lol. I've already started thinking up ideas for Mason and Martin's route. My mind just went blank and it was hard to concentrate i was really burnt out. >_<

*blows dust off of thread* We're finally back from hiatus! I know it's been awhile, but we took this time to organize ourselves and this game better. So I feel like we are off to a better start. We're still working on the rough drafts, but at least during hiatus a couple started working on theirs so thats good!

Anyway, not much to say really. But I'll be sure and update you guys when I can! At least you guys know this game wasn't dropped lol.

(Also I'm really going to have to update the OP post, it's a little outdated by now I think...)

I could post sketches and a couple sprites from our old artist, but she stopped contacting me and replying to my emails for several months now (last i heard from her was waaay back in Sept. and all she said was that she was still alive, and before that was another 4 or 5 months i think? so yeah...) Anyway, we'll have to find another artist someday. Not sure when that will be, because we want to finish our rough drafts first.

But, I'll do my best to work hard, hopefully we can find someone else soon and more dedicated (or at least willing to contact me and tell me if they are still interested or not, instead of just dissapearing.)
