I've seen some similar case when chatting with my friends O:

Some of them are Dutch and whenever someone used "dood" for dude or "lul" instead of lol they always like "whaa- O_O Oh nvm". Later on they said those words have different meaning (and negative one ;_;) in Dutch so it startled them a bit. "Dood" means death and the other... er...

oh, if it's spelt Farraj it's fine. or a change of letter Faraz (means ascent, height) or Farees/Faris (horseman, knight) would be good

Sorry for popping out of nowhere and asking this, but what in what language is that? >< Because the Arabic meaning seems so different... Oh and the word "Faraj" in Arabic seems to have other meanings too

Malay...no idea about Indonesian (although we share over 85% of words) but it just struck me as really funny for a guy to have that name. Oh no! I'm giggling again.

one good thing about it though...it's a clinical word...not a rude word

And I don't really remember where did we got the idea for his last name, but as I recall it means improvement or so. I didn't really have a specific purpose when deciding last names (although I do have some for the first names), and my writer didn't really like the idea of me searching a name that suits the character personality, as he thinks the character shapes the name not the vice-versa, I can't remember the exact words he used but yea, something like that. I guess he had the point.
