Oh when I mean this week, I mean "within a week", not by Sunday the 8th, which would mean releasing a very buggy game. So apologies if I misled anybody.

Nuxill--if you don't finish the GUI, I hate to sound like a broken record, but the one you already gave me is plenty awesome. Still, I'm always excited to see whatever you've got. (If Nuxill ever works with you, consider yourself damn lucky folks! She is awesome to work with.)

No, seriously, I knew you meant "7 days" and not "this particular week", but it is still so soon and makes one anxious to finally play it (Alex, beware!!)
But if your not able to keep the date, then take a bit longer. No need to hurry and be unhappy with the result if it isn't like you wanted it by sunday

@Desiny--thanks so much for the encouragement, darling! Your words warm my cold, blackened heart. Just have a few scenes left to write, and then I have to go back and tweak like a mofo, plus retweak some art objects. I hope it'll be worth the wait for you.

Apologies for the continued delays, folks. I'm practically working non-stop on the game. Just getting a few more tweaks in...wanting to make it as good as possible before release.

Just want to underscore how much of challenge it was for me to rewrite and revise my scenes. I think I posted a thread about how I found writing to be the most difficult part of a VN...that is still definitely the case, at least for me. Writing one scene for me takes about about the same mental energy as spending 15 hours straight on graphics.

Sorry for the tangent...just venting.

That is one reason why I never give out an exact date (maybe when it is something I'm really good in as drawing, but even then I avoid it).
Simply because it causes extra stress, thinking "Shoot, I'm in delay"

So simply do your best and publish it when it is ripe

If people like the game enough I may do a Kickstarter, to get some funds for an expanded game with 3-4 more relationship options.

I would love somebody to do the CGs and would want to pay them.
