Seer is for now just the working title - The final product will be called Dragon's Blood, currently working on the title and screens.



Synopsis:

They say that destiny cannot be changed, that what is seen by the Seer is set in stone...

You have spent most of your life believing this, but when a young prince tries to rebel against his fate it throws your life into chaos.

Will you rise to the challenge? Or will your path lead you to the inevitable ruin envisioned?

Evangeline (Eva) The Seer

Age: 21

Height: 5’6

Fighting style: learns to fight with magic

Body type: lean

Eye colour: her pupils are a stark white rimmed with black due to her Seer ability.

Hair colour/style: auburn wavy waist length

Clothing: Tunic robe, white with scarf hood to obscure her face, black leggings.

Back story: At the age of 8 her Seer powers began to manifest and she was taken in to The Order to hone her craft.
She forsaw the downfall of her brother the Dragon Prince the novel is based on her escaping him although she does not remember that he is her brother.
The top part of her face is covered at all times to protect her identity.

Personality: hopefully not mary-sue, she is fierce and loyal and wants to do the right thing.

Weapon: eventually magic.

Gideon Grey



Age: 25

Height: 6’4

Fighting type: brawler/hand to hand

Body type: lean, muscled

Eye colour: bright blue but not seen due to his blind fold.

Hair colour/style: dark brown cut close to the head, long fringe (bangs)

Clothing: Leather armour that melds to his body, plain and dark, medieval ranger style. He wears dark gloves that have spikes on the knuckles. A white sash covers his eyes and ties at the back of his head, flowing behind him.

Back story: Gideon was tasked with protecting the Seer at the age of 13, he was willingly blinded for the job as no man may ever look upon the Seer’s face. The white sash that covers his eyes is a distinctive marker to his position. He would die to protect the Seer and is fiercely loyal.

Personality: Loyal, fair and kind.

Weapon: Fists

Rein Blackheart



Age: 19 (youngish looking, not quite a man)

Height: 5’9

Fighting type: Fire mage

Body type: lean, sinewy

Eye colour: blue

Hair colour/style: blonde, scruffy, midlength

Clothing: White tunic and white pants trimmed with yellow. A crescent moon earring in his left ear.

Backstory: Rein’s father sends him to the temple to learn about a prophecy that involves their family, he travels with Sebastian who owes a life debt to his father.

Personality: Arrogant, selfish and boisterous, he learns to tone it down as the story progresses.

Weapon: Fire magic (hands)

Age: 26

Height: 5’11

Fighting style: Swords man

Body type: bulky, muscly

Eye colour: green

Hair colour/style: dark brown, shoulder length, always in a pony tail.

Clothing: Leather armour, sword at his waist, fantasy style mercernary gear. He also has both ears pierced, 3 in each ear.

Back story: Rein’s father saved his life when he was a young man, he was tasked with travelling with Rein until the debt is repaid.

Personality: quiet, broody, gruff but has a gentle heart.

Weapon: Long sword worn on his back.

Andrick Evers



Age: 23

Height: 6’0

Fighting style: archer

Body type: lean, muscled

Eye colour: Green

Hair colour/style: curly black midlength hair

Clothing: brown leather, dark green tunic, cape with hood

Back story: Andrik is a wanderer, travelling from town to town selling his skills as an archer, be it as a mercenary or hunter.

Personality: easy going, flirt, doesn’t take things seriously.

Weapon: Bow and arrows.

Age: 28

Height: 5’10

Fighting style: ninja assassin type, uses daggers.

Body type: lean, sinewy

Eye colour: grey

Hair colour/style: long hair to just below his shoulder blades, it is silvery white and he wears it in a low pony tail.

Clothing: Black ninja stlye clothing with a bit of leather mixed in, bare arms.
A dark mask covers the lower half of his face (mouth and nose) his clothing is a stark contrast to his hair, showing it off.

Back story: Aito has served the Dragon Prince his whole life, he was brought up in a secret sect that is feared by many and are the personal body guards to the royal family.

Personality: cruel, broody, loyal.

Weapon: twin daggers.

Castiel Cartarian – The Dragon Prince



Age: 21

Height: 5’6

Fighting style: swordsman with dragon magic

Body type: lean, muscled

Eye colour: golden yellow, snake like pupils.

Hair colour/style: auburn, scruffy, long fringe and sides.

Clothing: Red tunic with yellow/gold trim, black pants.

Back story: Castiel is the Seer’s twin brother and heir to the throne.
They were parted at a young age when she told the prophecy of his death.
He is trying to capture her to stop it coming to pass but in doing so sets it all in motion.

Personality: Arrogant, conceited, looks down on others, no redeeming traits.

Weapon: sword, thin bladed.

So thanks to anyone who is actually reading this! ( ^_^ ) I decided to create an otome style visual novel after being frustrated that all the ones I really liked were in Japanese only. I thought I should remedy that and create a unique story that I myself would want to play.

I created this topic to keep myself motivated and keep everyone up to date on my progress, I would also like opinions on my idea and the story content in my current 'demo.'

This is a personal project obviously and I am writing it all alone, that is 5 romances plus the underlying plot.

If you like my idea and think you'd be interested in helping, I am looking for another writer or two to flesh out the other character stories.

Is Evangeline the seer in your avatar? If she is then she looks pretty .

Nope, that is Eden, she is a priestess but that is from a different story lol, I just added it because the guy is Sebastian, he has his own separate story that I *may* make into a game if this goes well, he was my very first OC RPG character and I've had a lot of art commissioned of him already.
