Hey, we have the same size laptop! ... it's not important, but I think that's interesting to note.

If you were to simply increase the resolution and not the ratio... 1280x960 sounds like it would please most people. Small enough for smaller screens, but big enough for people with much larger screens. It seems like a good median for everyone at this point in time if you do change it.

Lol, thanks for asking! I'm glad you're still interested even though I'm so bad at updating. ^^

But yeah, I'm hoping to get a bit further with the script for "Pirate Mermaid" so Nellie has more time to work on the CGs. (Plus "Pirate Mermaid" is easier because Nellie does all the art haha...I'm such a slow, hopeless art n00b please help me sob)

But to show I haven't been (completely) slacking, here's a bit from the promo poster thing I've been working on. I'm going for a mystery = puzzles theme.

I saw the logo and didn't read nothing about the game, because logo enough to convince me that this game is worth my while.
I give you 8/10 for logo XD. Didn't give you 9/10 or 10/10 because pointy finger is cliche and pointing a finger at a person is rude!!
To catch attention in first second a costumer has seen your logo is basic rule for a good product to be popular. or so my teacher say to me

Ahahaha, this totally cracked me up, too! Christie is actually supposed to be rather...uh...flat-chested. xD I have been wanting to revamp the art + graphics, though, so I'll keep that in mind when I redraw her!

I was already super super excited about your game, but if you add a GxG route I will seriously loose my mind! I'm a lesbian so I'm definitely a GxG fan, but I'll still play it if you don't! :3

Oh wow, thanks for your support! I didn’t know how many people still remembered Axiom, so I’m really touched to hear from you guys. :’D

Axiom is unfortunately on hiatus right now. My partner for it disappeared a while ago, so I am prioritizing Pirate Mermaid first. I definitely want to finish Axiom too (it’s my first project, after all!), but it will take longer since it's a solo effort. I also want to redo all the art and GUI since I'm no longer happy with it and need to switch to a larger resolution. ^^;

Sorry for the disappointing answer, but hearing from you makes me feel much more motivated. I haven’t worked on it for a while, but I do have a lot of old art that I never showed before. (sorry for the incoming ugliness orz) ^^;

Good luck with this project cuz it seems very interesting I've played a lot in mystery and otome games so I'm already love it!
And this puzzle-image as a logo is great, first off convinced me.
I'm the most interesting of the MC (both look and attitude are so suitable for detective, even Masumi Sera from Detective Conan and Victorique from Gosick are flat-chested XD) also there's not many girl detectives, at least I've seen the most of them are boys so it's time to change :3 , her name also remind me about a crime novelist, Agatha Christie

Aww sad but good news at the same time? AXIOM was one of the first projects that got me into these fourms. I'm glad to hear it hasn't been totally abandoned, and wish you all the luck on finishing this after you complete Pirate Mermaid!

Thanks for your well wishes! I’m a fan of both mystery and otome games too, so I always thought it would be a fun combo. Yep, Christie is named after Agatha Christie. And lol, I never realized that other girl detectives are flat-chested, but you are right! I’m similar, so I can relate...
