I think this game looks phenomenal! I downloaded the demo from your site and was really impressed. I'm particularly taken by the character illustrations... It feels like this very cool cross between anime and a more western style. The writing and music is on point as well.
Will definitely be playing this when it releases in full, and anyone who hasn't checked it out yet definitely should.

Glad to hear you like the game! Feel free to play it and see what you think. Work is still being made on the followup, and following getting the CGs in, the game should be good to go!

Yeah it was a great experience, got to work with some very talented people and being able to touch the Star Wars IP was amazing.asterazul wrote:Dude, man. You worked at LUCASARTS? That's amazing!
Anyways; back to Culina,
I'll hopefully be having a lot of stuff to talk about in the near future; but for the sake of showing some progress I've just gotten Culina working up on Ouya:

Did some changes to the UI, and fixed some of the issues not seen in the previous version:

Now, I still want to go through the story and make sure any of the new changes doesn't hurt anything but it's looking pretty good that I'll be able to release to the Ouya *soon*. The only thing I haven't implemented just yet is the player name input screen which I'm still deciding if I'll use for this version.

Thanks so much for the kind words!Hazel-Bun wrote:Ohh that looks so cool
Since Ren'Py doesn't support the native keyboard for Ouya/Android as far as I know I took the old SoftKeyboard code from 2011 and brought it in for these days with some modifications:

I would like to add the same functionality as the Ouya keys do, but I'm unaware of what their keycode is, so that may come in the near future along with a few other improvements to make the experience nicer to use and will hopefully have the game up on Ouya soon!
