Synopsis
Facing a financial crisis, Rei Kagami starts to work in a shady facility and meets his co-workers, Hayden and Kohaku. Everything seems tranquil; they spend their days doing their respective jobs and getting to know each other..

..until the murders start. Each day, an employee in the facility is killed. Rei learns about a curse and is dragged into the events surrounding the murders. Is it really a paranormal activity like a curse? Or is it the work of a serial killer? Rei has to figure out the truth before Lucifer sets their vile eyes on him.

Gameplay
This is my first VN game project, so I'm keeping it short. It'll be a visual novel, with choices that'll lead you through different routes. I've made a small flowchart to help guide me with the project. There's expected to be 7 character sprites and 10 endings in all. CGs are also going to be made to show certain scenes.

I'm making this game on my own, and trying out the software for the first time. So this game won't be released anytime soon. OTL

[*] Where do I get music to fit the mystery/supernatural mood? (I've tried Purple-Planet, which was good.)
[*] Do you know any games with the quality of Juniper's Knot? (I'd love some inspiration! :3)
[*] Chicken or egg?

I'll update this first post as I progress in the project.

There are some music resources in the wiki http://wiki.renai.us/wiki/Music_%26_Sound_Effects and there are a couple suggestions in the forum, they might be in the Music and sound one.

As for suggestions, you could try checking out Knife of the Traitor and Nanolife if you are interested in interesting visual things. They were both made for Nanoreno, like Juniper's Knot.

Story-wise, I would reccomend http://games.renpy.org/game/twin-faces.shtml or Saya No Uta (both art and story-wise). The story is pretty dark,

I was aiming to create a Boss with class, and I ended up with Tokiomi. @_@

I love the way you draw the girls, a little suggestion for the boss, his shoulders are almost as narrow as the girls. I think males, especially adult ones should have broader shoulders than the girls. And also the narrow hips makes him look rather feminime ^^
