Do you have an estimate date this might be released?

@Razz, we were throwing around the idea that it would be nice to finish this before the new year, but as of now I can't guarantee anything ^^;
The story isn't too long or complicated, and we have two writers on the team, so that should be done fairly quickly (once I finish typing out the outline OTL), and then programming and music shouldn't take that long... so it's really just on me with the artwork XD
I think i'm doing okay pace-wise so far, but I don't want to have a drop in quality or something, so I would rather the project take a little longer and look nicer than be out early and think to myself I could have done better :')

Before new years is still my dream goal at the moment though!

Finished a new background, and finished concepts for a couple more sprites (for the paths).
I'm keeping these sprites secret for now though ;)



Also, I hate to say it, but i'll be away from tomorrow until about the 9th or so of october. I'm going on a road trip with my dad to visit some relatives... i'm bringing my ipad, but I doubt i'll be able to check the forums much, so I apologize if i'm late with any replies ^^;

Hopefully when i'll get back i'll be able to tackle the CGs with renewed force! X'D

Hi everyone! I'm back in business~~ (finally back home so I can work on the project again, woo)

I don't have any new art yet, but here is a picture of Auric drawn by one of the other Red Inc artists for my birthday (he isn't working on Stirling though).

WHeee! Just a quick update for today; I'm super incredibly excited right now!!

We have essentially finished fleshing out paths 100% now. There are just a couple things to tweak, but at this point the plot is FINISHED. Finally, I might add. It took a lot of braining, and it was a little exhausting, but it feels amazing to have everything pretty much planned. Also it's kind of amusing; I looked back over the very first draft of the story and it's grown and changed to much... in a good way XD.

I'm starting on my list of CGs and backgrounds now :''')

The music for the title screen is done, as well as one other track for the game (with another well on its way to being finished).

Also, it's a bit early and if you watch me on DA (and/or have seen the halloween thread here on LSF >_>) you will have already seen this, but here is a Halloween picture for this year! (Crane and Estheros when they were about the same age as Auric and Co.)

Oh, I think I saw that on DA a bit ago! It looks great.

First of all, I want to tell you that I absolutely love the fact that you have a character who can control fire and has blue eyes. (Instead of red or gold or something associated with fire.)

That said, I'm utterly in love with your art. I can gawk at it all day! xD The story itself also sounds really good, I'm hyped up for the project already. (Can't believe I haven't commented earlier.)

So yeah, once again, great job so far, I'll be keeping an eye on this. Good luck!

Ahh thank you for such a lovely comment ;_; You know I hadn't actually thought about Auric having a more blue scheme but still being affiliated with fire o_o;;;

On other notes, I did a little speedpaint today of one of the path characters (along with more CG and BG work!!~~!). I also wanted to post something because I don't want this thread to get too dusty ^^; Despite not having regular updates or anything, we are working on things at a fairly regular pace :D

I don't want to say too much about him because I really want to avoid any situations that are remotely spoiler-like (as I am terrible with those), but... I will say he's one of my favourite characters :') Lellan bb<3 Before anyone points out that he looks like a girl, it's intentional. Also, he's not human, so human standards don't apply u_ub.
