I'm not totally sure the "Please, look at my cleavage" pose the MC is in is the best image to have on screen all the time during the activities, especially when it contradicts and distracts attention from the activity results, which are a lot more fun and characterful to look at.

I think it would be better to keep the big sprite out of sight when the chibis are out.

papillon - Yeah, I've gotten the comment that her chest is too big quit a few times now. I'm thinking of breast reduction for her, though I haven't decided on it or not. I'll think about changing it so she's hidden with the chibi around. Thank you for the feedback.

fleet - Thank you, not sure how well it would be welcomed since it's not traditional for vns.

Been working on the art the past week days, updating some sketches, sketching character designs, and finalizing a few others. Here's a preview of Adrian, one of the more aloof bachelors, and Nadine as a child.

Updated = Everything is running smoothly. I went ahead and updated this forum with new images as well as a little more detailed bios for the characters. Not far from getting the demo out, since I have only one more main function to finish and I have been making more progress with code then I thought possible. Also everything is set up for the events to start adding to the game.

Just looking for general feedback to be honest now. It's been a solo project so far, though I'm still waiting for my background artist to get back to me. I'm still annoyed at my lack of inspiration for the textbox styles and some menus so I may revamp them. Yet, otherwise things are going well. Hope to have more updates soon.

I'm happy you updated this because I completely missed it before.

I love the art style, and it will do wonderfully for a Visual Novel. Nowhere does it say that visual novels have to be done in the anime/manga style. (unless I missed the memo, and to be honest I haven't exactly read a VN rule book)

I love how you can tell each character's personality by their stance, especially Loghain. And I just want to hug Adrian. That's all he needs, just a hug.

I'm looking forward to this game. Consider yourself stalked.

Also, to share I have a task animation I just finished.

Brief update, the project is still going strong. Went ahead and changed the gui system. The menu is the same, but theres new texboxes and other styles. I'm happier with it. No word from bg artist, but still hopeful. D-word will be out later this month if not sooner. Like I said it's just needs some tweaks. Looking forward to updating. Alsp started a new vn project, but will have to update that later. Take care.

This looks interesting, I love the art style too! But yeah, just as papillon said, the breasts were too big and even though I intend to look at the activities(w/ the chibis) my eyes would just run to the breast and think "man, big breasts are big!".

Thanks, progress is coming along steadily. I went ahead and took out the character sprite during most activities scenes. She's well endowed, and I don't plan on changing it. Nadine's design is based off a good friend of mine who already knows and loves her.

Here's hoping to more progress. I'm looking for a music composer to finish the rest of the OST at the moment and whereabouts of the bg artist.
