One time, I fired the Sunrider's kinetic weapons at pirate destroyer "Revenge" but the picture was of a green Ryder. Not sure exactly what causes it yet... I know I didn't misclick because I already destroyed both green Ryders.
Hmm... Did your attack miss, or hit?

It missed. I guess that might explain the rarity of the event, since I usually fire from a range that gives me 80% accuracy or so.

Wait a sec. Is there any difference between Normal and Hard right now? I do notice enemies doing less damage between Normal and Easy (Havoc melee does 100 instead of 160) but Normal and Hard seem pretty much the same?

Thanks, I fixed the pirate destroyer bug.

The enemies should deal more damage on hard mode, but I'll look into whether there's bugged too.

I'm guessing you're trying to change the difficulty level mid-battle. That's a new bug. (Difficulty level cannot be charged mid-level, changes take effect only in the next battle.)

Oh, I see it now. It's 140 in Normal. Normal to Hard is not as big of a jump as between Easy and Normal, I think.
Minor GUI nitpick, something to fix if it's easy: When you select "Hard" on the settings screen, most of it turns yellow but the right side of the "d" remains white.

Huh, it seems like the Black Jack's laser sword switches hands when you go melee. Which way is "correct"? (Mainly asking because I'm interested in making a bit of fanart)

I don't think the laser sword ever changes hands, but the camera angle changes and the Black Jack swaps its rifle with the sword, making it look like it flips hands. (I know this because it would be a pain to make the laser sword change hands in the 3D model, so I don't think I would do that by accident.)

The Black Jack should hold the laser sword in its right hand, and the steel sword on its left. Thanks, I'm looking forward to it. :D

Sunrider is now on Kickstarter! Help us raise our fundraising goal!

Demo 2 v. 1.01 has now been released! This fixes two bugs in v1.00:
-Missile frigates can now miss
-Missing a pirate destroyer with the Sunrider's kinetic weapons no longer causes a pirate bomber to appear

You can download v1.01 from our Kickstarter page.

Also, our first page has been redecorated! We actually have all the characters now.

Even if the specific people haven't mentioned it, I'm very grateful for the people from Lemmasoft who have contributed to the Kickstarter!

Sunrider's been doing very well on Kickstarter. We've already raised over half our goal in less than two days. Obviously, everyone deserves a toast for that. So thanks everyone, we're putting on quite a good show! :D

Well... Congratulations to Love in Space ! 3000$ in less than two days.

I think SunRider is the kind of game that a bunch of gamers awaits: Sci-Fi, a well-build story, excellent artwork (so many gorgeaous girls... Humpf... ), excellent replayability (morality, weapons upgrade, ...), RenPy scripts (DLC, modding, python extension (yes... I take a look at pi3d API...)), and so on...

To sum up: Sunrider is not a game... it's the game ;)
