The character designs are cuteness overload, but I do have to say that they look a bit similar but with different color palletes. Are the necks too long or is it my imagination...? (Ironically, Kris doesn't seem to have this problem) Anyway, I don't really mind these character designs if you don't want to change them. The characters seem likable enough from what I'm seeing and the concept is really interesting (I even had to say it twice!), I'm still wondering how it would affect gameplay (Gameplay...in a visual novel. Fudge yeah!). I'm looking forward to this!
Thank you very much!! I'll do my best with writing the second playthrough!

What do you mean when you say that the concept could get in the way of a good ending?

Also, now that you've mentioned it, the necks are abnormally long. Thanks for pointing that out though; I'll try to fix it when I next update things, since I've been messing around with the character designs since I last updated ^^;

I mean only if you write them that way. Like if she remembers that she was with guy x and because of that, getting the other ending with guy y is impossible or something like that. So it was just a possibility that came to mind as I read the concept, but even if that does happen, it would be interesting either way (maybe), so there's no need to worry about that too much ^^

I like the idea that the game isn't really 'ending' after it ends, and that there's parts that reference previous paths the player has taken. The only thing is, if that's the main part of your game (maybe it isn't, but that's what I thought after reading the first post), you'll need to come up with a creative way to ensure players actually play again. A lot of my friends usually only play 1 or 2 paths in a VN, although others like myself enjoy exploring everything.

You shouldn't have to worry about that :). I'll be trying to write it so that she only remembers vague hints, and the memories will only get clearer if she chooses to pursue guy x again, provided that she (the player) feels bothered enough by those memories and chooses options that let her look into them (eg. confronting guy x about the memories). If not, you can continue on any other guy's path instead.

I'm hoping to write the first ending for each character so that it ends leaving the player somewhat unsatisfied? That would (hopefully!!!) get them to play the game again, which would lead them to picking up on hints of memories in the second playthrough. On the other hand, that could probably backfire too since it'd give them a pretty negative impression of the game and discourage them from giving the game another shot haha.
