Hmm, for name titles, how about something to do with a broken code? Aiko needs to be reprogrammed, so you could use something to do with that (actually, broken code is an okay one in itself!).

...Damn, I couldn't resist.

"Loading" = Game 1
"Recoded" = Game 2
As an example, that sort of theme would be pretty cool. Too bad "recoded" is done a lot in game titles.

I was thinking of "chapter 0" because programmers start counting with 0 instead of 1. Maybe that will spark your imaginations~

Also we could use terms that apply to both music and computers...hmm.

Heh... I'm sorry. After doing research on it all this time, the only words I could come up were anima/vita which means life
sortita which is an opera debutant
and crescendo, crescendol might be a nice play on the word, buut... daft punk might sue you cause of the Crescendolls.

I've heard that many writers use music for inspiration. I happen to be one of them.

I'd like to think that I have a varied taste of music. However, I don't want to cram all of my music interests into one game, I think it might get jumbled.

Anyway, I'm hoping to do a segment every month or so where I feature music that I listen to for inspiration in the case of AIdol. Some of the music is stuff I'll show the composer for inspiration, too.

"January" comes from the ancient Roman god of doorways and beginnings, so let's kick off this blog with inspiration for an opening theme for the game.

@Saltone -- Hana is not an idol, sorry. ^^; She's one of those obsessed fan types, I'm afraid. But not all idol Japanese [or any other nationality] fans are 100% creepy or crawly or perverted, so I feel uncomfortable having just read that. Generalizations based on race and sexuality aren't a thing that I can support.
As a side note: Ecchi has nothing to do with this series. I have nothing against Ecchi, but I'd like to keep it separate from this project in particular. This is a project about innocent fun.
Also Hana is not interested in men, so I guess her appeal to them is completely irrelevant, sorry.
I'll have to agree with @Rinima on this one...
Also, counterpoint to your hypothesis: my fiance, a cisgendered male, enjoys my hair being at a shorter length. (And he has very long flowing locks because he's a wizard.)

If you really care, you may also research, why. I don't.

Well, I suppose that monologue isn't very productive. Then on to the actual topic.
Alternatively I will say number 3. I guess if she is an obsessive fan, she may put a little more focus on her idol, and less on keeping herself in order. Like not letting her hair grow long, but too distracted to cut it until it gets uncomfortably long.
It also has a more innocent look, like she isn't self aware enough to care about a style.
