Summary
Play as Nigel, professional gamer who moves in with a group of other gamers to practise for a video game tournament. The stakes are high: The prize is three million dollars and Nigel really needs to pay his rent.

Your choices determine the outcome of the tournament - and not just that. You can get to know your team, which consists of 4 other professional gamers. Each one of them is a romance option. You can also choose not to spend your time on romances or even friendships. But watch out: not even suberb individual gaming skills can save a team with no teamwork.

About the creator and the setting
I'm writing a VN about professional gamers because it's kind of my field of - well, if not expertise, then at least a field of Knowing Pretty Much About. I'm a game design student and a gamer myself, though not on a professional level. E-sports and competitive gaming has been getting more and more popular and the story of the visual novel is based on a real trend of pro gamers moving in together to compete for huge prizes that can be millions of dollars.

The game has been influenced by how my gamer friends and I talk and play, and by the documentary "Free to play".

Obtainable Characters:

Kenneth
The captain of the team who has melodramatic tendencies, though it's mostly just a joke.

Timothy
A pro gamer who acts pretty immature ingame but is surprisingly cute in real life.

Luke
A silent and shy geek who doesn't sleep enough.

Alan
A scary-looking guy who always fights with Tim. He plays guitar.


I'm currently working on this project alone but at some point I will need an editor/proofreader because I'm not a native english speaker. I'm hoping to find the music for free.
Everything else will be done by me. I'm planning to release this in about three months.

Yes, I adore stories centered around gaming. There aren't enough of them as far as VN's go.

You might want to check out the Free Music Archive. You can adjust the licenses on the left (make sure you choose the option allowing for remixes whether it's commercial or not!) and search by mood or genre. A lot of it is kinda bad, but once you figure out what style you want, it's easy to sort through and find the better pieces.

This sounds really cool! I'd love to play it when it's done. The art looks really good, and I'm excited to see more of it. Luke sounds like he might become my favourite character.
