How much would the game cost once completed?

As far as I know steam only accepts fully completed games not work in progress games.
But then again that's just me do correct me if I'm wrong.

They'll approve "in development" games. A few games I have worked on have been Greenlit prior to completion.

I know of many games that were Greenlit before development was completed.
But, just looking at your forum post, I don't know anything about the game. Not even what it's called.

Build the basics first, then add all the fun bits.
